As graduates of Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Education (COE), the College is reaffirming its mission and vision of guaranteeing that our graduates perform as exemplary professionals during their first three years of employment in the public-school system in Florida.

Through our Teacher Education Induction Program FAMU will provide support to our graduates to help them maintain exemplary classroom practices and reinforce their professional responsibilities.
